Something like the first example listed would bother me, the other two are just artistic license, and don't bother me at all, after all I read Mckay/Sheppard and that's a deviation from canon of a type, so I'd find it hypocritical of me to become put off by those 2 examples you listed, however the first would bother me, as it's something that's been mentioned in the show.
