I know what you mean about overload - if I'm feeling cranky, things that I could otherwise overlook become huge bothers. And I suppose I'm looking for a perfect reading experience, a story that hits all my kinks and is beautifully written and doesn't ping as wrong in any part. That's an awful lot to ask for, but it's still what I want!
