well, it appears none of these were hidden jewels after all:-)
which would either support summerfling's point that there are stories that are good by many people's standards yet don't show up on rec lists or mine (supposing that they do show up...i know phantom limb is on seperis's, mine and cupidsbow said hers, so it might be more widely recced than i initially thought?), that the good stuff ends up getting recced and read no matter what.
